From our initial meeting with Chris, to the follow up, contracting and implementation, and staffing the event, SES was top notch. The day of the event, they were timely and their staff was professional and approachable. They took our FAQ sheet and were able to assist our guests with questions they had. It was raining the day of our event, and SES staff took it upon themselves to stand out in the rain and walk attendees to other entrances to minimize the attendees time out in the rain, all while getting wet from the weather.
